Nandail Property Management is actively seeking a reliable General Handyman for snow removal tasks and general property maintenance. We are dedicated to providing high-quality property services to our clients and need a skilled professional to join our team in Philadelphia, PA.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform snow removal for both residential and commercial properties.
Carry out various handyman tasks, including minor repairs and general upkeep.
Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety regulations.
Provide excellent customer service and maintain open, clear communication with property owners.
Report any additional maintenance needs to the supervisor promptly.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a handyman or in a similar role.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Experience With Snow Removal Or Outdoor Maintenance Is Preferred.
What We Offer:
Material Reimbursement: Full reimbursement for any materials required for the job.
Travel Reimbursement: Compensation for gas and travel expenses.
Compensation: Bi-weekly pay via direct bank transfer.
