Description
Southeast Primary Care Partners is seeking a dedicated and skilled EMR Superuser/Trainer to join our team. This role is critical in enhancing and optimizing our Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems across the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for making improvements based on clinical needs, improving workflows, and providing comprehensive EMR training both virtually and in-person. As we embark on EMR conversions, this individual will play a key role in developing training materials and conducting on-site training for new groups transitioning to different EMRs.

As we embark on EMR conversions, this individual will play a key role in developing training materials and conducting on-site training for new groups transitioning to different EMRs.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary EMR support for the organization.
- Collaborate closely with physicians, Advanced Practice Providers (APPs), Medical Assistants (MAs), and Managers to enhance documentation efficiencies.
- Assist in the creation and implementation of new clinical workflows.
- Provide on-site training and support during EMR conversions.
- Work towards improving current EMR efficiencies and optimizing overall EMR functionality.
- Develop and maintain expertise in Allscripts, eClinicalWorks (eCW), and Athena EMR systems.
- Proven experience as a superuser in at least one EMR system (Allscripts experience preferred).
- Strong understanding of clinical processes and documentation.
- Excellent communication and training skills, capable of conducting both virtual and in-person sessions.
- Ability to work collaboratively with various healthcare professionals.
- Flexibility to travel (70-75% travel requirement) and availability for training or conversions outside of normal business hours.
- Hybrid role (combination of on-site and remote work).
- Salaried position.
- Extensive travel required.
