PURPOSE

The Digital Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and executing digital marketing strategies and campaigns across various online platforms. This role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing principles, excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. The Digital Marketing Coordinator will play a crucial role in enhancing our online presence, driving traffic to our website, and generating leads. Performs related work as required.

Essential Functions And Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms.
  • Manage and grow social media accounts.
  • Create, edit, and optimize content for websites, blogs, and social media.
  • Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns.
  • Assist with the development and execution of email marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing marketing materials.
  • Conduct keyword research and optimize content for Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
  • Monitor and respond to online reviews and comments.
  • Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and best practices.
  • Assist with the management of paid advertising campaigns.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and agencies as needed.
  • Support the marketing team with various administrative tasks.
  • Develop and maintain a content calendar.
  • Track and report on website traffic and user engagement metrics.
  • Ensure all digital marketing efforts align with the overall marketing strategy.
  • Identify opportunities for improving digital marketing efforts.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and market research.
  • Assist with the planning and execution of marketing events.
  • Provide support for other marketing initiatives as needed.

Minimum Education & Experience Required To Perform Essential Functions

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • One (1) to three (3) years of experience in digital marketing or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and management tools.
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) and email marketing platforms.
  • Knowledge of SEO and SEM techniques.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Analytics.
  • Experience with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation tools is a plus.
