- Coordinate and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms.
- Manage and grow social media accounts.
- Create, edit, and optimize content for websites, blogs, and social media.
- Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns.
- Assist with the development and execution of email marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing marketing materials.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize content for Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
- Monitor and respond to online reviews and comments.
- Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and best practices.
- Assist with the management of paid advertising campaigns.
- Coordinate with external vendors and agencies as needed.
- Support the marketing team with various administrative tasks.
- Develop and maintain a content calendar.
- Track and report on website traffic and user engagement metrics.
- Ensure all digital marketing efforts align with the overall marketing strategy.
- Identify opportunities for improving digital marketing efforts.
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research.
- Assist with the planning and execution of marketing events.
- Provide support for other marketing initiatives as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- One (1) to three (3) years of experience in digital marketing or a related role.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and management tools.
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) and email marketing platforms.
- Knowledge of SEO and SEM techniques.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Analytics.
- Experience with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Knowledge of marketing automation tools is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment.

- Passion for marketing and staying current with industry trends.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- May have occasional visits to a job site which would require periods of standing, walking and/or climbing stairs
