Key Responsibilities

• Generate creative ideas, strategies, and materials that effectively meet clients’ marketing needs across diverse platforms.
• Engage in media and marketing discussions with advertisers and agencies to gain insight into client needs, thereby informing the creative development process.
• Drive the creative ideation and process from initial briefing to final pitching, ensuring alignment with brand goals and strategies.
• Oversee the comprehensive creative and strategic development of sales proposals, including concept creation, copywriting, and visual design.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as Editorial, Social, and Events to develop scalable solutions for brand partners.
• Motivate clients and agencies to embrace innovative thinking through dynamic presentations and pitches.
  
  

Required Skills

• 3-4+ years of experience in a creative, strategic, or brand partnerships capacity.
• Demonstrated success in crafting marketing proposals and materials for brands.
• Deep interest in the intersection of sports, business, and culture, and the capacity to translate insights and trends into actionable strategies.
• A versatile creative approach, with experience across various channels including social, digital, content, and experiential.
• Strong multitasking capabilities combined with meticulous attention to detail, allowing for effective management of multiple projects.
• Superior creative writing and storytelling skills, paired with an impressive presentation presence.
• Proficiency in Keynote or PowerPoint with a focus on visual storytelling techniques.
• An active engagement with social trends and media narratives, particularly within sports and culture.
• Self-driven with a proven ability to work autonomously while fostering strong relationships with internal teams, brands, agencies, and partners.
