About the Role:
We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our talent acquisition team. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting the recruitment process, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers. From scheduling interviews to maintaining our applicant tracking system, you will be the backbone of our recruitment operations. This is a fully remote role in the U.S. for a candidate in the Central or Eastern time zone. About the Role:
We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our talent acquisition team. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting the recruitment process, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers. From scheduling interviews to maintaining our applicant tracking system, you will be the backbone of our recruitment operations. Responsibilities:
- Manage the logistics of candidate interviews, including scheduling and communication with both candidates and interviewers.
- Serve as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Post job openings on various job boards, company websites, and social media platforms, ensuring accuracy and consistency in job descriptions.
- Conduct initial resume screenings to identify qualified candidates for further evaluation by recruiters or hiring managers.
- Help source candidates through databases, job boards, LinkedIn, GitHub and other platforms.
- Organize and administer any required pre-employment assessments or tests, ensuring that results are accurately recorded and communicated.
- Maintain and update the ATS with candidate information, ensuring all data is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with company policies.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of offer letters, contracts, and other recruitment-related documents.
- Coordinate with HR and hiring managers to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires, including the collection of required documentation and scheduling orientation.
- Perform reference checks for selected candidates and communicate findings to the hiring team.
- Assist the Talent Acquisition Manager in generating and distributing regular reports on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, candidate sources, and pipeline status.
- Track and manage recruitment deadlines, ensuring that all stages of the hiring process are completed in a timely manner.
- Assist in the implementation of diversity-focused recruitment strategies to ensure a diverse candidate pool.
- 1-2 years of experience within the Talent Acquisition space.
- Experice working with an Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software such as Trakstar Hire, Workday, Greenhouse, or Lever.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in handling sensitive information and documentation.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with candidates, hiring managers, and team members.
- Experience working in a start-up/growth company a plus.
- Proficiency in Google and Microsoft Office Suites and comfort with learning new software and tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities and challenges.
- Customer-service orientation, with a focus on creating a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Proactive and resourceful mindset, with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative.
