The ideal candidate will bring 3-5 years of experience in documentation management and exhibit exceptional organizational and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, edit, and assemble reports, technical documents, records, and correspondence to ensure accurate and organized documentation.
- Maintain and update a systematic filing structure, using numerical, alphabetical, chronological, and/or subject-based methods for efficient record retrieval.
- Oversee file maintenance, manage records, and keep documentation up to date, ensuring compliance with company standards and confidentiality policies.
- Locate, retrieve, and organize file materials as requested by various departments, ensuring timely and accurate responses to documentation needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure documentation aligns with organizational standards and is accessible to relevant stakeholders.
- Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience in documentation, records management, or a similar role.
- Skills: Strong organizational abilities with excellent attention to detail. Proficiency in documentation tools and filing systems.
- Communication: Ability to effectively communicate with team members and ensure accurate documentation and information flow.
