Pay Range
Pay Range $53,950.00 - $97,525.00

Responsibilities
- Responsible for maximizing the value resulting from the work of the development team on OM&S contract.
- In collaboration with the technical team and management maintains accountability for the backlog, ensuring that the backlog is transparent, ordered according to the technical team’s defined criteria and contains actionable requests from the users and stakeholders
- Operates within a scaled Agile/Scrum environment under direct supervision to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Reports to Leidos OM&S Program Manager.
- Current Secret level clearance.
- Ability to apply Agile/Scrum methodologies to Operations, Maintenance and Sustainment (OM&S) of Mission Partner Environments (MPE).
- Bachelor’s degree and 0-2 years of prior relevant experience.
- Bachelor’s degree – Candidate may substitute additional years of experience.
- Knowledge of BICES-X or other MPE Programs.
- Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 3 years’ experience.
