This position will support Westlake Care Community located in Lakewood and The Rehabilitation Center at Sandalwood located in Wheat Ridge. This is an in-person position and time will be shared between the two companies. Some travel required within the Denver and Denver Metro area.

What You’ll Be Doing Every Day

In addition to full cycle recruiting for exempt and non-exempt positions, you will also strategize to increase applicant exposure and traffic in various mediums such as: social media, networking, community outreach, guest speaking and participating on panels.

You will be working closely with our communities to source the best talent for their teams and meticulously coordinate the interview and hiring process.

You will be responsible for coordinating and facilitating employee orientation.

You will provide assistance in other Human Resource functions when the HR Generalist is unavailable.

Who We Are Looking For

• You are motivated by delivering an excellent customer service experience and building relationships.
• Strong organizational and self-management skills.
• 1-2years full-cycle in-house recruiting experience in a multi-site healthcare organization preferred.
• Some exposure to Human Resources functions will be helpful.
• Proven strong customer service orientation with an understanding of creating a memorable and positive customer experience.
• A bachelor’s degree is preferred; experience may be in lieu of formal education.

Pay Range: From $58,000 annually*
