Position Overview
Reporting to the Director of HR, the HR Coordinator is responsible for a variety of HR administrative tasks with a primary focus on talent acquisition, HR compliance and employee engagement.

Position Overview
Reporting to the Director of HR, the HR Coordinator is responsible for a variety of HR administrative tasks with a primary focus on talent acquisition, HR compliance and employee engagement.
Position Responsibilities
- Coordinate talent acquisition strategies designed to recruit, source, hire and retain qualified roofing employees for five (5) locations throughout the northeast.
- Organize internal and external job fairs with a focus on building relationships with local, state and federal workforce agencies.
- Coordinate the full cycle international employee process through H2B program from recruiting to offboarding. Act as main point of contact for H2B employees, ensuring a positive experience for our seasonal teams and liaison between workforce and management.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation including electronic employee files, I9 files and conduct audits as needed.
- Assist with benefits administration and annual Open Enrollment process.
- Provide support for employee recognition and engagement activities.
- Liaison with IT to ensure equipment set up and space for new hires.
- Maintain calendars, schedules and meeting coordination.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of documents, employee information and other information received.
- Additional duties as assigned.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) required.
- Talent Acquisition/general HR experience required, 2+ years.
- Experience with federal H2B program strongly preferred.
- Construction industry experience preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to business units in MA, ME, CT and NY.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates, hiring managers and external partners.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products with a strong emphasis on SharePoint and Excel.
- Experience with various recruiting software and ATS.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Passion for Talent Acquisition and Human Resources.
- High school diploma required. College coursework preferred.
- Physical Surroundings: General office environment with typical office machines and exposure to noise and temperature.
- Physical Effort: Extensive sitting, standing, bending, walking are all expected activities. Ability to lift more than 25 lbs. on occasion.
- This is an onsite position, based in Brockton MA, with frequent travel to other business unit locations throughout the Northeast.
