Salary Range
$175,000 - $287,500 Annual

What You Will Be Responsible For
- Responsible for end-to-end delivery of control testing automation tools, overseeing the Control Automation life cycle from requirement management to implementation
- Focused on strategizing and driving continuous efficiency through process streamlining and automation
- Critically Assesses new tools and identify those that align with organizations goals and technical landscape.
- Mentors, guides and trains junior team members in control principles and automation techniques.
These skills will help you succeed in this role
- Excellent knowledge of the principles of control design, execution and testing
- Knowledge of advanced automation tools and applications
- Strong execution and project management skills with drive for continuous improvement
- Innovative and independent thinker and able to structure, design and articulate imaginative automated solutions.
- Ability to collaborate and work across multiple stakeholders
- Ability to solve complex problems with support from management
- Manages stakeholder needs and expectations while providing consistent and regular communications Supports the fulfillment of organizational strategies and objectives
- Able to effectively balance multiple tasks through careful prioritization
- Advanced MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / Information Technology, IT Security, Mathematics, Risk Management, or a related field
- Graduate degree preferred
- Minimum of 12-15+ years proven related experience with 7-10 years experience as part of a leadership team
