The Sr. Media Analyst, Paid Social participates in all aspects of clients’ paid social media campaigns, including initial planning, implementation, monitoring, optimization, analysis and reporting.

Job Summary
The Sr. Media Analyst, Paid Social participates in all aspects of clients’ paid social media campaigns, including initial planning, implementation, monitoring, optimization, analysis and reporting.
- Create, implement, track, analyze and optimize Paid Social campaigns in Facebook/Instagram, Pinterest, Snapchat, TikTok and other social platforms.
- Develop and employ successful campaign, audience and creative strategies to hit target acquisition goals and efficiency metrics.
- Assist in generating weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports for all clients, and ability to recognize and troubleshoot data anomalies.
- Help develop test design roadmaps, quarterly planning initiatives and business opportunity identification and implementation.
- Lead portions of weekly reporting calls for clients, including communicating key metrics, goal attainment and optimization opportunities.
- Provide consistent and effective support to Manager level and above on forecasting and new business opportunities.
- 1.5+ years’ directly related Paid Social Campaign Management (Facebook/Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, etc.) experience.
- Exceptional quantitative skills and aptitude including advanced Excel skills.
- An enthusiasm for learning about Paid Social Media Marketing on a fast-growing, thriving team.
- Exceptional analytical skills to measure the success of the Paid Social programs and to expand upon that success.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to articulate clearly and effectively in person and in writing.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities.
