Job Summary

As a Hiring Coordinator at Almost Family, LLC, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the recruitment and hiring process to ensure the company's success. Your dedication and attention to detail will directly contribute to the growth and efficiency of our organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and job requirements
  • Post and advertise job openings on various platforms
  • Review resumes and applications for suitability
  • Schedule and conduct interviews with potential candidates
  • Perform reference and background checks
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information
  • Assist with the preparation and coordination of new employee on-boarding


Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • High level of professionalism and integrity


Compensation & Benefits:

  • Hourly Wage of $21 to $22, paid every two weeks
  • Health Benefits (Medical, Vision, and Dental)
  • Progressive Paid Time Off Plain
  • Paid Holidays
