Rehab Services Manager for Quality Assurance

The Rehabilitation (Rehab) Services QA Manager will report directly to the Director of Quality and Outcomes for Rehab Services with guidance from the Rehab Services Administrator/Senior Director, Directors, and Associate Directors. The QA Manager is responsible for overseeing programs, processes, and personnel involved with compliance and quality assurance related to Rehab Services. The position is also responsible for ensuring consistency in quality and compliance of processes and documentation across Rehab Services units within OSUWMC. The individual will lead a team of Quality Assurance Team Leads and will oversee the following: coordination of communication within and between business units, appropriate education and counseling regarding quality and compliance, and processes and programs leading to best practices within the profession(s).
MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy, Athletic Training, Speech Language Pathology, and Occupational Therapy or related field. State of Ohio licensure as a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist or Speech Language Pathologist. 5 years of relevant experience required. 8-12 years of relevant experience preferred.
