We are looking for driven, enthusiastic individuals to join our team in an entry-level role with the potential to develop into a Project Manager position. This role involves working with clients in the insurance, nonprofit, and telecommunications sectors, assisting them in exploring their options and delivering top-tier customer service. We offer hands-on training and development to help you grow into a project management role within our organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and recommending appropriate solutions.
- Provide clients with detailed information on available plans and options.
- Guide clients through the application process, ensuring a seamless experience and follow-up to guarantee satisfaction.
- Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve performance targets and contribute to the company’s overall success.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong ability to assess client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Passion for helping others and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
- Competitive earnings between $36,000 and $70,000 annually, including base salary, uncapped commissions, and weekly performance and quality bonuses.
- By Year 2, Yearly potential earnings of 100,000-200,000.
