Brand and Communications Manager

Overview:

Elevate your career with CHAGEE as a Brand & Communication Manager. This role is key to building and executing CHAGEE's brand communication strategy, including developing a go-to-market plan that engages & inspires our audience and ultimately grow our share of voice and brand salience. You’ll lead brand outreach across multiple channels, including PR, influencers, social media, partnerships, and sponsorships.

What you'll do:

• Create and execute brand and product campaigns to boost brand familiarity & relevance, maximising the impact of our store openings.
• Lead storytelling initiatives by collaborating with agencies to create campaigns, oversee media planning, and evaluate campaign performance. Develop a scalable toolkit for store opening plans.
• Develop and oversee the annual calendar for go-to-market strategies, ensuring consistent messaging across all owned, earned, and paid channels. Manage performance dashboards and reporting.
• Lead impactful PR initiatives to secure earned media coverage, collaborating with PR and communication agencies to target key media outlets, brand ambassadors, and influencers. Develop and amplify brand stories to increase visibility and drive traffic to our stores
• Oversee social media marketing, including content creation, influencer selection & relationships, publication, and performance analysis. Lead growth initiatives to build and scale CHAGEE’s social presence, leveraging our stores as hubs for content development.
• Identify and develop brand partnerships and sponsorship opportunities that deliver impactful experience, create meaningful collaborations, amplify brand relevance and expand our audience and product adoption.
• Be the in-house point person to crisis management. Develop processes and guidelines to maintain a positive brand image.
• Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a rapidly evolving environment.

Experience you need to be successful:

• Bachelor's Degree (or relevant experience) in Journalism, Communications, or Psychology.
• 7+ years experience in brand and communications, with a strong background in brand campaigns, storytelling, social media management, and PR.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Proven experience in developing impactful press releases, copywriting, and scaling social media presence.
• Prior supervisor or management experience preferred.
