Overview
We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our team on-site in Atlanta, GA (relocation assistance available). In this role, you will focus on driving new business and expanding relationships with law firms across the country. Working closely with our Business Development and Marketing teams, you will lead consultative sales engagements, manage complex negotiations, and guide prospects through a strategic sales process from qualification to contract execution. This position is ideal for a sales professional with a strong background in enterprise-level, consultative sales and experience structuring high-value, multi-year agreements.
This position reports directly to the VP of Sales as an integral part of our new business development team.
What You'll Be Doing

Working closely with our Business Development and Marketing teams, you will lead consultative sales engagements, manage complex negotiations, and guide prospects through a strategic sales process from qualification to contract execution. This position is ideal for a sales professional with a strong background in enterprise-level, consultative sales and experience structuring high-value, multi-year agreements.
This position reports directly to the VP of Sales as an integral part of our new business development team.
What You'll Be Doing
- Proactively reach out to inbound leads through calls, texts, emails, and other creative outreach methods to initiate engagement, qualify prospects, and build rapport.
- Facilitate in-depth discovery sessions with prospects using a consultative approach to understand each law firm’s specific challenges, goals, and needs.
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with law firm leaders, ensuring alignment with their goals and identifying opportunities for long-term value creation.
- Create customized proposals and pricing structures based on client needs, negotiate contract terms, and secure 12-24 month agreements with $100k+ in annual recurring revenue.
- Work with the onboarding, support, and account management teams to ensure seamless implementation and a positive client experience post-sale.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and contract details in Salesforce to support data-driven decision-making and forecasting.
- Utilize resources such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoom, and SalesLoft to engage clients effectively, monitor pipeline health, and ensure follow-up consistency.
- You thrive in fast-paced, high-performance environments.
- You are focused on meeting sales targets, and you’re highly motivated by achieving outcomes—you love to win and hate to lose.
- You bring 3+ years of experience in a consultative sales role, ideally working with law firms or providing complex solutions in an enterprise B2B environment.
- You have experience managing multi-year, high-value contracts ($100k+ annual recurring revenue) and navigating complex sales cycles.
- You excel in presenting to and negotiating with senior executives, using a consultative approach to align solutions with client goals.
- You have a strong commitment to achieving sales targets and a disciplined approach to managing your pipeline and closing deals.
- You are comfortable using Salesforce to manage your pipeline, track key metrics, and ensure accurate forecasting.
- You are motivated by a genuine interest in helping clients improve their operations and achieve their business objectives, with a focus on building long-term partnerships.
- You work well with cross-functional teams and value open communication and shared goals.
- You are currently located in Atlanta, GA, or are open to relocating to the area (relocation assistance is available).
