Entry-Level (3+ years) experienced Business Analyst (BA) who will serve as a bridge between technology teams and business stakeholders on medium to large IT projects.

- Requirements Elicitation: Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Collaboration: Work with Business Relationship Managers and subject matter experts to define project objectives and scope.
- Solution Evaluation: Assess and translate business needs into technical solutions, ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Documentation: Maintain organized and traceable documentation of business requirements and processes.
- Project Support: Assist in developing roadmaps, release plans, and user acceptance testing.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; CBAP certification preferred.
- Proficient in business analysis, requirements modeling, and process mapping.
- Familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies is essential.
- Strong skills in MS Excel, SQL, and Visio are required.
