Lawn Maintenance Crew Leader

40+ year established Clinton Township, Michigan landscaping company, that's part of a growing family of high-end residential landscape brands, is looking for a Lawn Maintenance Crew Leader / Foreman.

Responsibilities

• Lead a crew performing lawn maintenance services for clients across SE Michigan and Metro Detroit
• Safely and efficiently operate commercial mowing equipment
• Assure high-quality service to companystandards
• Train and develop new crew members
• Safely drive truck and trailer to job sites
• Maintain crew's safe working conditions at all times
• Perform routine maintenance on vehicles and equipment
• Keep vehicles and cleanclean
• Track time in/out when arriving and leaving properties
• Snow and ice management services in the winter months
• Other tasks and responsibilities as needed to support the company
  
  

Requirements:

• Sufficient lawn maintenance experience, including being able to safely and efficiently operate commercial lawn equipment
• Valid Driver's license
• Able to adhere to zero tolerancedrug and alcohol policy
• Able to safely drive and back up a truck and trailer
• Able to perform basic routine maintenance on lawn maintenance equipment
• Able to efficiently lead a lawn maintenancecrew, including training and developing new team members
• Must be punctual and reliable. Attendanceand dependability is very important in this role
• Snow and ice management experience - preferred
