- Lead and manage meetings centered on critical MEP activities.
- Track equipment deliveries, ensuring timely installations.
- Assist in the procurement process for equipment and materials.
- Coordinate and resolve conflicts related to MEP systems with subcontractors and the design team.
- Review and approve submittals for mechanical and electrical components.
- Develop and maintain the project schedule, focusing on key MEP milestones.
- Support the bidding process for mechanical and electrical contractors.
- Monitor the quality control of MEP installations and manage startup procedures for the systems.
