We're seeking a versatile IT professional to keep our systems running smoothly and our team productive.

As our IT Support Specialist, you'll be the go-to person for all things tech, from managing our ticketing system to overseeing our IT assets. You'll play a crucial role in maintaining our digital infrastructure, ensuring our team stays connected and secure across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage IT ticketing system, ensuring swift issue resolution and clear communication with end-users.
• Tackle diverse IT challenges across the main office, satellite locations, and job sites, from hardware hiccups to software solutions.
• Help track and manage IT equipment inventory, keeping our technology assets in check.
• Configure and maintain iPhones, iPads, computers, and laptops to keep the team productive and connected.
• Contribute to network security efforts, including anti-virus management and cybersecurity implementations.
• Assist in maintaining desktop phone systems, including RingCentral.
• Troubleshoot and maintain network infrastructure, including connections, routers, switches, and access points.
• Help manage building security, including gate and door access systems.
• Engage in various IT initiatives to drive innovation and efficiency.
  
  

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of hands-on computer and network support experience
• A knack for providing top-notch help desk support
• Citrix knowledge preferred
• Construction industry background and/or familairty with Viewpoint Construction Software a huge plus
• Cybersecurity know-how to keep digital assets safe
• Communication skills that bridge the gap between tech and non-tech team members
