This role is based in Los Angeles, California and the base pay range for this role is $65,000 - $70,000 annually. Actual amounts will vary depending on education, skills, experience, and geographic location.

Financial Analyst
Summary
The Financial Analyst will support the Finance Manager in financial planning, analysis, and consolidation of the APAC divisions of Deluxe. This position will be located in Burbank, CA
Job Duties
- Assist in developing robust short-term and long-term forecasts (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and Credit Profile) to help shape future expectations for the company.
- Manage date integrity across all utilized platforms. Enhance data sourcing and quality: integrity, completeness, and accuracy.
- Support in the month end close process, full P&L quarterly forecasts, annual budget and mid-month flashes.
- Provides financial analysis of actuals versus forecasts and potential opportunities, including analysis of key financial indicators and drivers of underlying performance that provide financial and business insight to management.
- Provide accurate and timely financial statements, reports, result/variance explanations and presentations for management.
- Manage the APAC Project Tracker to monitor current and ongoing projects and prompt billing, PO creation, etc.
- Supports and maintains on-going process improvements to drive efficiencies.
- Perform various ad hoc analytics related to operational and financial performance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration required.
- MBA a plus.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate or divisional financial planning and analysis with heavy focus on spreadsheet creation and data management.
- Understanding in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders.
- Advanced skills with Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel. SAP and BPC experience a plus.
- Quick learner and excellent work ethics.
- Self-starter – excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Korean speaker strongly preferred.
