Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop effective treatment plans.
- Deliver individual therapy using tailored modalities to promote personal growth and well-being.
- Establish therapeutic goals and monitor client progress.
- Offer teletherapy options for virtual sessions or accessibility challenges.
- Maintain accurate documentation to uphold ethical standards.
- Engage in ongoing professional development.
- Current and valid state license as LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT
- Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Empathy, compassion, and non-judgmental attitude.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Competitive compensation ($115K-$130K a year for Full Time. $63-65K a year for Part Time)
