Role Description
Lead the planning execution and delivery of MES programs ensuring alignment with business objectives
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope goals and deliverables
Manage resources budgets and timelines for MES projects ensuring effective utilization and adherence to schedules
Facilitate communication and collaboration among crossfunctional teams including IT engineering and operations
Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project success
Develop and implement best practices for MES system integration and optimization
Monitor project progress providing regular updates and reports to senior management
Drive continuous improvement initiatives within MES processes and systems
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
Proven experience in program management specifically in MES or manufacturing environments
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and MES technologies
Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies eg Agile Waterfall
Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities
Familiarity with change management principles and practices

Program and Project Management Expertise Proven experience in leading largescale transition programs across multiple sites with a strong background in project planning execution and monitoring
Manufacturing Process Knowledge Indepth understanding of manufacturing processes including regulatory compliance and quality standards
Leadership and Stakeholder Management Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams and foster collaboration

Benefits
Compensation range: $ 150,000.00 to 180,000.00 per year
