Overview of Position:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Service Technician to join our team. The Service Technician will be responsible for will be responsible for troubleshooting solar energy and battery systems for residential properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of solar energy principles, electrical systems, MPUs, SolarEdge, Enphase and Tesla batteries.
Key Responsibilities:
Pay: $20-23/HR, depending on experience
Shift:
6 AM - 2:30 PM + Overtime

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Service Technician to join our team. The Service Technician will be responsible for will be responsible for troubleshooting solar energy and battery systems for residential properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of solar energy principles, electrical systems, MPUs, SolarEdge, Enphase and Tesla batteries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot solar/battery-related issues, ensuring efficient and effective resolution + install AC disco, CTS, and Standard solar equipment.
- Maintain detailed records of service work, including diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance activities.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulatory requirements during service operations and conduct Final Inspections.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in solar or electrical installation.
- Knowledge of electrical systems and safety regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Valid driver’s license with CLEAN driving record. You must be able to qualify for our company driving insurance
- You MUST have experience with SolarEdge, Enphase, and Tesla to be considered for this position.
Pay: $20-23/HR, depending on experience
