Job Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and group counseling sessions to clients dealing with various mental health challenges.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine clients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Offer supportive counseling, crisis intervention, and psychoeducation to clients and their families.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and ensure holistic support for clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
- Stay informed about current research, trends, and best practices in the field of mental health counseling.
- Participate in regular supervision, training, and professional development activities.
- Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, Marriage Family Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution.
- State licensure or eligibility for licensure as a LPCC, LCSW, LMFT, or PsyD.
- Demonstrated experience providing counseling services to individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical guidelines.
- Flexibility to adapt to the evolving needs of clients and the organization.
- Competitive salary range: $115,000 to $130,000 per year.
