• Develop strategic guidance and planning, technical and programmatic implementation plans for enterprise network integration and modernization efforts, including Navy and Joint networks.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Active Top-Secret clearance
• Minimum of five years’ experience in Navy Network Operations and C4I, to include the planning, execution, and technical oversight of large scale network modernization or integration initiatives for the DON or DOD.
• Masters Degree in STEM or Business Management

Overview

We are seeking a Senior Operations Research Analyst to join our team in Suffolk, VA.

The Department of the Navy, Naval Supply Systems Command, Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk, has a requirement for Technical and Program Support for the NAVIFOR N6 Directorate. The Navy requires the highest level of Navy enterprise management and technical support in the areas of: Emergent/future technology modernization; Data analytics/management/science; Application development; p erformance planning/improvements; Cybersecurity readiness; Assessment and Authorizations (A&A); IT portfolio management; NMCI/ONE-Net readiness, sustainment, and convergence; Domain IT service delivery; IT Service Management; Shore transformation/integration; and headquarter IT support.
