With a vision to transform small businesses and help them achieve greater success through efficiencies, services, and advice, our client leverages the power of technology and proven accounting best practices to provide cost-effective, efficient bookkeeping, accounting, and tax advisory services. They are equally devoted to applying their expertise as outsourced CFO oversight to various industries, including transportation and logistics, professional services, real estate management, and government contracting.

Based in Atlanta, our client is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to coordinate day-to-day activities and provide exceptional support to their team in their Wisconsin office. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses excellent communication skills, and demonstrates a strong willingness to learn and grow, aligning with the company's focus on client success.

Core Responsibilities

  • Promptly respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in person
  • Manage inbound communications (phone, email, fax), organize schedules and events, maintain office equipment, and reorder supplies
  • Greet and assist visitors, and prepare conference rooms for meetings as needed
  • Perform light cleaning duties, including dusting and cleaning counters, maintaining the coffee machine, and washing glassware as necessary
  • Receive, scan, and organize incoming client information into the appropriate internal folders and departments
  • Create and send engagement letters to clients, ensuring payment information is up to date and authorized
  • Maintain the internal CRM with accurate and current client contact information
  • Assist with new employee onboarding and equipment coordination as needed
  • Provide technical support to staff as required
  • Carry out any other duties or tasks assigned by leadership

  • An associate degree in business administration or business management is preferred

This is a flexible, part-time position requiring 20-30 hours per week from October to February, with the potential to transition into a full-time role if desired.
