- Prior experience in finance, banking, or a related sector is essential.
- Understanding of financial and lending procedures.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to forge lasting client relationships.
- Proficient analytical and mathematical abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Bilingual proficiency in Korean and Chinese is a plus (optional).
