Scheduling Coordinator Home Care

Bayshore Home Care is growing and we are seeking a dedicated and organized Scheduling Coordinator to join our team in our Largo office. The ideal candidate should have experience in a Home Care/Medical office and possess strong communication skills to effectively interact with our clients and staff.

• Scheduling field employees (CNAs and HHAs) for private duty home care services ranging from 4 to 12 hours shifts
• Communication with clients and families regarding scheduling
• Assisting field employees with information regarding client care.
• Documenting all calls regarding client issues, staffing issues
• Notifying clients and field employees when scheduling changes occur
• Will provide the on-call team with up to date information on all current clients and employees

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week in person
