JOB MISSION:
As Senior Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the smooth operation of IT applications within your assigned region. In this role, you will lead efforts to explore and implement cutting-edge technological advancements, while also fostering talent and building strong teams to meet business needs and drive New Balance’s growth.
We are advancing through a digital transformation, with a key focus on upgrading our Warehouse Management and Warehouse Execution systems. This initiative aims to integrate core business processes, aligning channel sales demands with real-time supply chain data. By adopting a cloud-first approach, this platform will enhance our ability to anticipate and meet customer needs more effectively. We are looking for dynamic leaders who thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and high-performance culture, with the agility to adapt quickly and lead with innovation.

MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Manage the Warehouse Management and Warehouse Execution systems, ensuring that the warehouse technology infrastructure aligns with the business goals and enhances operational efficiency.
- Develop IT strategies for warehouse management, evaluate business benefit/ROI for a project/request and how it is aligned with Strategic Pillars and initiatives.
- Oversee the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development, upgrade, and support of all IT WMS systems.
- Provide direction, guidance and mentoring on technical topics and act as a subject matter expert where needed.
- Hire and manage third-party vendors, system integrators, and off-shore/near-shore resources, including staff augmentation, to execute and implement projects effectively.
- Lead the discovery and implementation of new Warehouse Management initiatives, including evaluating team capacity, scheduling, and allocating resources to initiatives.
- Grow the assigned team, manage and mentor, providing guidance and support to achieve career goals & organizational goals.
- Ensure all systems comply with industry standards and regulations and maintain robust security protocols to protect data integrity.
- Have regular meetings with regional business and IT product teams & other Managers to understand their initiatives and needs. Create annual IT roadmap for the region considering requirements from all stakeholders.
- Ensure timely resolution of production and user issues, timely delivery of assigned projects and requests. Identify and report team’s requirement for IT budget allocation.
- Provide and maintain positive work environment ensuring team’s growth along with company’s growth keeping our core values (Teamwork, Integrity and Total Customer Satisfaction) intact.
- Provide regular status reports to regional Director/Sr. Director highlighting any risks or concerns affecting the delivery.
- Ensure Senior Leadership’s vision and message is clearly communicated and understood by rest of the team.
- Minimum 12 years of total IT experience with 10 years of Industry experience.
- Proven experience in a management or leadership role, demonstrating the ability to lead teams and drive strategic initiatives.
- Be aware of industry trends and have a strong understanding of IT ecosystem.
- Strong Warehouse Management knowledge and integrations to host applications as well as Warehouse Execution systems.
- Experience with Manhattan Associates WMi, WMOS, and/or Manhattan Active is highly preferred.
- Strong Project Management and Organizational Skills, excellent communication skills.
- Leadership skills with thorough understanding of company’s culture, policies, and core values.
- Cross-culture awareness with experience of working with diverse IT and business teams.
- Travel may be required depending on varying project requirements.
