Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated and knowledgeable Partner Navigators (WPNs) to enhance workforce service accessibility for individuals with disabilities. As integral members of our team, WPNs will work closely with partner programs to ensure seamless service delivery and foster meaningful connections for our participants.
Key Responsibilities
WPNs will engage in ongoing cross-training across partner programs, presenting opportunities for continuous professional development and skill enhancement in the areas of workforce services and vocational rehabilitation.

Key Responsibilities
- Increase the number of individuals with disabilities served across partner programs by leveraging available supports and resources.
- Optimize access to services, minimizing gaps or barriers through a unified service delivery strategy.
- Implement successful practices aiding participants in navigating workforce services, including facilitating transitions from high school to postsecondary training with clear vocational goals.
- Assist in securing essential wrap-around supports to promote successful program completion for both youth and adults, particularly those facing challenges.
- Coordinate access to valuable work-based learning opportunities and other necessary services to ensure quality employment outcomes.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional relationship-building capabilities to support effective linkages and service delivery.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Self-motivated individual capable of working independently.
- Bachelor's degree in training, social services, workforce services, vocational rehabilitation, education, or a related field.
- Minimum of two years of experience in relevant areas such as training, social services, workforce services, or education.
- Familiarity with the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act, Rehabilitation Act, and Americans with Disabilities Act is advantageous.
- Preference for candidates with experience working with individuals and job seekers with disabilities.
