Remote Personal Health Assistant | WFH

Job Overview

We are on a transformative mission to make healthcare straightforward, accessible, and, crucially, free. As a Personal Health Assistant (PHA), you will play an integral role in connecting our members with essential care, ensuring they receive the support they need without financial burden.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist members through various communication avenues, including phone calls, emails, chats, and faxes.
• Address member inquiries and fulfill requests effectively.
• Connect members with appropriate healthcare providers to meet their needs.
• Ensure each interaction delivers an exceptional member experience, showcasing our commitment to service excellence.
  
  

Required Skills

• Availability to work Monday through Friday, with shifts scheduled between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of six months of customer service experience.
• Empathetic disposition with a natural ability to cater to customer needs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficient in basic computer skills and typing.
• Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check.
  
  

Qualifications

• Experience in the healthcare sector is a plus.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace (Google Drive, Sheets, Docs) is beneficial.
• Experience with Zendesk or other web-based ticketing systems is advantageous.
• Background in patient referral programs is preferred.
