Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept:
As our Product Support Manager (PSM), you're the superhero of branch operations! Your quest? Exceed sales and margin goals, ensure stellar customer service, and master inventory and expense control – all while championing leadership and operational savvy.

Key Responsibilities

Your Playbook:

  • Lead with vision: Set goals, plan, direct, train, and evaluate to fulfill department needs and empower employee growth.

  • Be the mentor: Supervise comprehensive training in product know-how, company protocols, and safety, shaping a team equipped for critical roles and WMH safety excellence.

  • Strategize and conquer: Collaborate across departments to craft and execute plans skyrocketing sales targets and expanding our customer universe.

  • The customer whisperer: Engage directly and responsively with customers – in person, chat, email, or phone.

  • Set the bar: Define clear, ambitious goals for your team, fostering a culture of accountability, development, and collaborative spirit.

  • Efficiency is key: Uphold stellar housekeeping and operational efficiency.

  • Report like a boss: Deliver insightful weekly/monthly/quarterly progress reports using our cutting-edge WMH business system.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED (required).

  • Rich experience in Material Handling/Parts/Service Management or similar fields (highly preferred).

  • 5+ years of strategic planning/team development/operational efficiency experience

  • Valid driver's license (essential).

  • Relevant experience in product management, technical expertise in forklifts, and material handling

  • Clean record, background check, and drug screen.

  • Commitment to industry standards.

  • A shining beacon of professionalism and positive attitude.
