Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Associate to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will support the marketing department's initiatives across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and content marketing. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking and hands-on execution. Key Responsibilities

• 
  Campaign Management: Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including paid media, social media, and email marketing.


• 
  Market Research: Conduct market research and analyze trends to help inform marketing strategies and identify growth opportunities.


• 
  Event Support: Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events, trade shows, webinars, and promotional activities.


• 
  Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives using data analytics and marketing software (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot).


• 
  Collaboration: Work closely with the design, sales, and product teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts and consistent brand messaging.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.


• Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).


• Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, SEO, email marketing platforms).


• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.


• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.


• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
