Our team is seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Auditor to support regulatory compliance and streamline our quality control processes. As a Quality Assurance Auditor, you will be pivotal in upholding our compliance standards. You'll be responsible for conducting audits, verifying compliance documentation, and managing vendor approvals, ensuring our organization meets all regulatory requirements. This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong attention to detail who thrives in a structured and collaborative environment. Please note, an A&P license is not required for this position.

What you'll be doing:

• 
  Quarterly Regulatory Audits: Conduct comprehensive audits to ensure compliance with industry regulations.


• 
  Work Orders & Tooling Compliance: Review work orders and tooling usage to maintain high standards of quality and safety.


• 
  RTS Packet Review: Act as a secondary auditor, verifying the accuracy and completeness of Return to Service (RTS) documentation.


• 
  Vendor Approvals: Oversee the vendor approval process, ensuring all necessary documentation is collected and verified for compliance.


• 
  Documentation & Record Maintenance: Support maintenance records, keeping all documentation organized and up-to-date.

To do well in this role, you'll need:

• Detail-oriented with a strong ability to identify and resolve discrepancies.


• Experience in a quality control, auditing, or compliance-focused role.


• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and audit processes, particularly in aviation, is a plus.


• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team to meet compliance goals.
