Accounting Assistant

Beztak is looking to hire an Accounting Assistant to join our team. The Accounting Assistant support the Accounting department by performing clerical tasks, including processing and recording transactions, preparing reports and budgets, and fielding communications with clients and vendors.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Organize and maintain various spreadsheets from multiple sources
• Perform bookkeeping functions
• Accounts Receivables (billing, payments, and collections), Accounts Payable (coding and entering invoices into system), or maintaining mortgage payments
• Provide customer service and other administrative support as needed
• Maintain confidentiality of all financial data
• Compile and prepare routine reports and summaries

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION:

• 1 years’ experience with bookkeeping
• Property Management experience a plus
• Bachelor’s Degree a plus
