Key Responsibilities
- Client Success: Deliver expert, consultative services to one or more established accounts, functioning as a partner to our clients in achieving results that surpass their expectations.
- Service Expansion: Recognize opportunities for new service introductions, either independently or with team assistance, to address client requirements.
- Account Management: Manage multiple accounts, primarily local or regional, with revenue targets beginning at \(1M per account, totaling over \)3M across all accounts.
- Revenue Growth: Propel revenue growth by fortifying existing client relationships and uncovering upsell opportunities.
- Financial Stewardship: Assume responsibility for all aspects of collections, collaborating with the operations management team to ensure account receivables.
- Client Reporting and Retention: Facilitate regular stewardship meetings to present client-specific reports, identify trends, and offer tailored solutions. Maintain ongoing communication with clients, engaging senior management as necessary to discuss account status, challenges, and objectives.
- Proactive Issue Management: Identify and address potential concerns proactively, keeping a documented matrix of open items to resolve issues.
- Onboarding and Implementation: Oversee the internal client setup process and external implementation to guarantee a seamless transition and alignment with customer needs.
- Meeting and Reporting Coordination: Attend and coordinate client meetings, ensuring team members are involved as needed, while keeping account updates and new service opportunities documented in Salesforce.
- Contract Renewals and Presentations: Prepare and deliver presentations for contract renewals and service discussions, collaborating on price adjustments as necessary.
- Compliance and Consistency: Adhere to all policies and procedures while maintaining a reliable attendance record.
- Client Focus: A people-oriented professional who harmonizes customer orientation with results-driven priorities.
- Service Knowledge: Familiarity with our services or experience in managed care, insurance, or risk management sectors is advantageous.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, with the capacity to build enduring relationships.
- Independence and Collaboration: Proficient in working autonomously and as part of a team to achieve client objectives.
- Organizational Expertise: Outstanding organizational and time-management skills, coupled with a talent for problem-solving.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software (Salesforce experience preferred).
- Bachelor's degree, national certification, or equivalent experience in business, sales, or marketing.
- Proven experience in account management, ideally within related fields such as insurance or risk management.
- Professional training within the insurance industry, managed care, or a related area is preferred.
