Key Responsibilities
- Develop and update policies, procedures, and documentation related to Analytical products and Metrics & Reporting.
- Organize and sustain a comprehensive Metrics & Reporting Inventory.
- Oversee the successful delivery of Metrics & Reporting initiatives.
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
- Support the team in advancing Automation maturity efforts.
- Assist in researching Security platform systems and their processes.
- Stay informed about current policies and procedures.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve and surpass established objectives.
- Schedule and conduct meetings as necessary.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R Studio, and SQL.
- Familiarity with both structured and unstructured data sources.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; capable of articulating project risks, research analysis, and technical concepts succinctly.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Capability to foster collaborative relationships across business and technical sectors.
- High School diploma or GED, accompanied by two years of administrative support experience or equivalent education.
- Experience with programming languages: Python, R Studio, SQL.
