A well-established company in Dayton, OH is looking for Maintenance Technicians for a temp-to-hire position.
Position Details
Candidates needed for a Maintenance Technician position in Dayton, OH. This is a 1 st shift position with the hours of 6am-4:30pm with a pay rate of $25-$35/hr based on experience.
You can also receive PeopleFirst Staffing bonus of $50 for a referral bonus when you refer a friend after they complete 80 hours!
Position Overview
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
2+ years working with automated machinery
Able to work with single and three phase voltage
Able to understand and navigate through PLC and Servo Motor Drive control software
Previous PLC programming experience
Perform manual assembly or subassemblies of basic machine components
Able to read mechanical and electrical drawings
Able to read fabrication drawings to ensure equipment works within specified parameters
Able to communicate using written text, mechanical and electrical drawings, diagrams and machine schematics.
Requirements
Experience programming Siemens, Fanus CNC/PLC is a plus
Able to wire machine components
Effectively troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and/or programming issues.
Troubleshoot and repair Servo Motor Controls system, VFD
Able to train operators and maintenance personnel on machine operations, troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
Able to work with little to no supervision
Able to perform a complete machine installation and start up.
