We are actively seeking dedicated and licensed (or licensed-eligible) mental health and developmental clinicians to become integral members of our Child First Team. This specialized team is committed to delivering home-based services that nurture healthy relationships and address a spectrum of developmental and mental health challenges faced by young children and their families.
Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive family assessments and collaborate to create tailored care plans.
- Deliver home-based psychotherapy utilizing Child-Parent Psychotherapy (CPP) and other relational approaches.
- Provide education and support to caregivers regarding child development and effective parenting techniques.
- Assist families during crises, ensuring safety and well-being in consultation with your team.
- Collaborate with early care providers and educators to ensure holistic family support.
- Uphold meticulous documentation for clinical purposes in alignment with policy requirements.
- Lead and guide a multidisciplinary team, overseeing daily operations and the training process.
- Exceptional communication abilities to establish rapport with families, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
- Strong cultural competency to effectively engage with diverse populations and their unique challenges.
- In-depth knowledge of early childhood development, attachment theory, and trauma-informed care practices.
- Ability to collaborate effectively while demonstrating independence when necessary.
- Flexibility to accommodate non-traditional work hours, including evenings if required.
- A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.
- A minimum of three years of experience providing psychotherapeutic services to children and families, particularly those affected by trauma or developmental issues (ages 0-5) is essential.
- Preferred experience in offering consultation within early care and educational settings.
- Proficiency in a second language (Spanish, Portuguese, Creole, etc.) is highly regarded.
