This position can be worked fully remotely anywhere in CA but must be living in CA currently and have a CA bar number. THIS POSITION IS WORKING WITH INSURANCE DEFENSE OR LEMON LAW TYPE OF WORK.

Qualified candidates will have experience handling civil litigation matters. We are currently hiring for the following practice areas: 1+ years

  • Automotive litigation
  • Catastrophic injury
  • Insurance Defense
  • General liability
  • Habitability
  • Medical malpractice
  • Legal Malpractice
  • Premises liability
  • Product liability
  • Professional liability

Excellent interpersonal skills, oral advocacy, writing skills, and motivation, are a must. Experience in insurance defense litigation and general familiarity with carrier billing and reporting guidelines is preferred.
