Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Plant Manager at E.S. Kluft & Company in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. The Plant Manager will oversee plant operations, production planning, and manufacturing operations on a day-to-day basis to ensure efficiency and quality control.

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Plant Manager at E.S. Kluft & Company in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. The Plant Manager will oversee plant operations, production planning, and manufacturing operations on a day-to-day basis to ensure efficiency and quality control.
Qualifications
- Plans and directs production activities and establishes production priorities for products in keeping with effective operations and cost factors.
- Coordinates production activities with procurement, maintenance, and quality control activities to obtain optimum production and utilization of human resources, machines, and equipment.
- Drive continuous improvement, consulting with engineering personnel if needed, relative to modification of machines and equipment workflow to improve production methods and quality of products.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of production processes and quality control
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Operations Management, or related field
- Seven to ten years' experience in the mattress manufacturing industry is a must
- Bilingual in Spanish a plus
