Key Responsibilities
- Conduct compelling demonstrations of our platform, showcasing its features and benefits.
- Collaborate with clients to discern specific challenges and propose customized payment solutions that ensure smooth integration with our offerings.
- Provide expert support to resolve customer issues, fostering long-term satisfaction and retention.
- Manage high-value customer accounts, offering strategic direction to promote success and satisfaction.
- Oversee complex, cross-functional projects that deliver significant business impact, working alongside internal teams to implement solutions that align with broader objectives.
- Identify growth opportunities within accounts and drive revenue through consultative selling and strategic customer engagement.
- Comprehensive understanding of payment platforms, including batch processing, API integration, and data exchange.
- Demonstrated ability to foster relationships and influence executive-level stakeholders.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate value propositions effectively.
- Strategic mindset with robust project management capabilities.
- Proven experience in delivering technical product demonstrations and simplifying complex payment solutions.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in client success, account management, or sales, specializing in high-value, complex customer relationships in a B2B landscape.
- Established track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets through consultative sales and account expansion.
- Experience in leading projects that have substantial business impact.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
