As a Student Finance Trainer, you will be instrumental in providing team members with the essential knowledge and resources to effectively navigate the complexities of financial aid, student accounts, and compliance. Your contributions will play a key role in delivering impactful services to students across the nation. This position is fully remote, inviting candidates from eligible states within the U.S.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver engaging training experiences to enhance team members’ expertise in federal financial aid, student accounting, and compliance.
  • Conduct in-person, hybrid, and remote training programs addressing vital areas such as financial aid, student accounts, and regulatory compliance.
  • Stay updated on federal, state, and institutional regulations, integrating relevant changes into training modules.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and learning teams to develop and refine training content.
  • Provide ongoing support to team members through resources, clarification, and documentation related to student finance.
  • Maintain and enhance training materials and repositories for accuracy and relevance.
  • Participate in special projects aimed at boosting team efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • An associate degree is required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in financial aid or student finance is necessary.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in management or learning and development roles is preferred.
