Role Description

As a Task Force General Manager and Director of Guest Experience, you’ll be responsible for setting our hotels up for long-term success through the execution of effective strategies and strategic implementation of systems and processes. In partnership with the CTH Leadership Team, you will assist in managing all aspects of hotel operations, focusing on compliance with California and Federal labor law, guest satisfaction, staff training, and will be the lead individual responsible for ensuring that brand standards are met.

Qualifications

  • Candidate will be required to have availability to travel 75% of the time in California for Task Force Assignments of varying duration.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a GM or high-level front-of-house management in a boutique hotel.
  • Proven track record of building a cohesive team and facilitating goal accomplishment.
  • Excellent leadership skills with a hands-on, lead-by-example work style.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Commitment and ability to deliver exceptional guest service.
  • Aptitude in financial management, financial reports, and analysis.
