- Create designs for drainage, paving, lot layout, utility layout, grading, roads, and water systems
- Oversee diverse land development initiatives
- Proficient in civil engineering design methodologies
- Strong project management capabilities
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to high-quality performance
- Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (BSCE)
- Professional Engineer (PE) license
- A minimum of 5 years of engineering experience, specifically in civil site design
