Join the Bosch Mobility Sales, Quality, and Warranty team as a Warranty Lead, managing warranty chargebacks and customer support for Ford Motor Company. Collaborate with sales, accounting, and quality teams to address warranty discrepancies and generate necessary reports for charge approvals. Leverage your knowledge of Ford's requirements and processes to enhance our internal operations, including managing the Bosch customer requirements database.

Join the Bosch Mobility Sales, Quality, and Warranty team as a Warranty Lead, managing warranty chargebacks and customer support for Ford Motor Company. Collaborate with sales, accounting, and quality teams to address warranty discrepancies and generate necessary reports for charge approvals. Leverage your knowledge of Ford's requirements and processes to enhance our internal operations, including managing the Bosch customer requirements database.
Responsibilities
- Lead commercial warranty reviews for OEM customers.
- Support OEM policies and their application within Bosch.
- Assist divisional quality teams with warranty charge reviews and approval processes.
- Provide technical support related to Ford requirements.
- Automotive Warranty
- Process Automation
- Accounting (Debits/Credits)
- Strong networking skills across cultures.
- Motivation to enhance processes.
- A focus on reducing warranty costs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Accounting, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Warranty, Cost, and Data Reporting.
- Proficient in Excel and database systems (pivot tables, V Lookups, formulas).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Familiarity with automation tools like Alteryx, PowerBI, Power Automate.
- Organized, proactive self-starter.
- Knowledge of OEM and Tiers warranty chargeback processes.
- Experience with SAP and Mobility Partner portals.
