Project Superintendent

Multi-family We are seeking an experienced construction Project Superintendent with a proven history in multi-family housing, senior living, student housing, or hospitality projects. This role is crucial for ensuring the successful delivery of our projects.

Responsibilities

• Review architectural, structural, mechanical, civil, electrical, and landscaping plans for buildability and conflicts.
• Confirm material and subcontractor specifications, identifying potential document conflicts.
• Manage the jobsite, including organization of materials, signage, and access.
• Implement safety measures in compliance with OSHA standards.
• Maintain positive client relationships and monitor project schedules.
• Conduct inspections focused on client concerns.
• Track labor productivity and budget deviations.
• Oversee quality assurance and coordinate project layouts.
• Manage punchlist completion for occupancy certification.
  
  

Requirements

• Design/build experience preferred; carpentry and concrete skills a plus.
• College education is advantageous.
• Comprehensive knowledge of construction methods and local market.
• Strong leadership and management skills with a track record of timely project completion.
• Effective communication skills and ability to foster client relationships.
• Proficient in construction management software and Microsoft Office 365.
