We are looking for a Credentialing/Payor Enrollment Specialist to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of credentialing experience, with 2-4 years preferred. Experience with payor portal software is a plus. We offer a flexible hybrid schedule for the right individual.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Compensation: $20-$22 per hour, with potential for higher pay based on experience

Responsibilities
- Submit initial and re-credentialing applications for payor HMO, Medicare, and Medicaid.
- Track and follow up on applications with payors.
- Liaise between billing and payors to resolve claims denials.
- Maintain a matrix of expiring credentials.
- Ensure organization and attention to detail in credentialing tasks.
- 1+ year of credentialing experience; 2-4 years preferred.
- Familiarity with payor portal software is a plus.
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- High school diploma or GED required.
