We are seeking an experienced and bilingual Global Mortgage Client Concierge to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing tailored support throughout the entire mortgage process.
• Accurately gather and verify loan documentation to ensure thoroughness and precision.
• Collaborate effectively with underwriters, lenders, and closing agents to facilitate a seamless closing experience for clients.
• Offer insightful guidance on various mortgage products and programs.
• Address client inquiries promptly and resolve any challenges that may arise during the process.
  
  

Required Skills

• Fluency in both English and Spanish is essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster client relationships.
• Detail-oriented mindset, with exceptional organizational abilities.
• Proven capacity to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Familiarity with Encompass or similar mortgage processing software is preferred.
  
  

Qualifications

• A minimum of three years of experience in mortgage processing.
